Why there is Twitter load shedding in Pakistan:
For the past four days, X (formerly Twitter) has been experiencing Twitter load shedding in Pakistan. However, despite temporary restoration, it appears that the service has again been impacted, causing inconvenience for users.
The outage was first reported on Saturday evening around nine o’clock according to Down Detector, a website that monitors internet and website outages. Although X’s service was briefly restored on Sunday and Monday, it was soon affected again, making it impossible for users to access the platform.

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has not yet released any statement regarding this issue. Users are still reporting X outages on Down Detector’s website. After the shutdown of X, internet users are accessing the service through VPN and there are good comments on social media in this regard.
A user named Annie wrote in her post that ‘Twitter is still down in Pakistan, it’s a shame that the truth about what is going to happen is being hidden from people.’
